How packages and group classes work
Get more sessions for less hassle.
3 min read
A package is a simple way to book several sessions with the same provider. A group class is a session with limited spots. Both save you from arranging everything one message at a time, as long as you pick a plan you can actually keep.
Pick a package tier
Each tier shows three things: how many sessions you get, the price, and how long the package stays valid. Validity is 30, 60, 90, or 180 days. Read all three before you pay. A longer validity is only useful if you will still be free in that window. If two tiers both look tempting, pick the one you can finish. A smaller package you use is more helpful than a long one whose dates never fit your week.
You pay once in the app. After that, the sessions are yours to book inside that package. Check what each session includes so the tier matches the help you want. A package is a commitment both ways: you get a set of sessions at one price, and the provider can plan around work that is already paid.
Book each session inside the window
You book each session one by one, within the validity period. The package does not place every date on the calendar for you. Pick a time, confirm it, and repeat until the sessions are used or the window ends.
Put the first session in soon after you pay. It is easier to keep a rhythm than to remember a package in the last week. If your week is unpredictable, leave a gap between sessions instead of booking a run of dates you might miss.
Rescheduling is available, but it is limited, so plan ahead. Treat a booked time as a real appointment. If you already know a busy week is coming, move the session before that week arrives, while you still can.
- Check the validity before you pay.
- Book the next session before the current one ends.
- Keep a note of how many sessions are left.
- Reschedule early, because changes are limited.
Group classes
Group classes have limited spots. When the list is full, that session is gone. If a class fits your week, book it early rather than waiting to see how the day feels. You are booking one specific session, and the spot is yours once it is booked. Arriving on time matters, because the class starts for the whole group together.
Read the class details the same way you would read a package. Look at the time, what to bring, and who the session is for. A beginner class and an advanced class can share a name and still be very different.
