Yes. Buy a package, then book each session one by one within its validity period. Rescheduling is available but limited.
Users aged 13 to 17 can sign up with a parent or guardian's consent, and a parent or guardian should be present for in-person services.
Providers
Yes. Listing is free. Booqui only takes 20% when you get booked, so you keep 80%.
Yes. You choose your price and when you're available.
Send a short selfie video, and our team confirms your phone number with a quick call. Then your verified badge goes live.
Yes. List every skill you offer.
Payments
In the app, securely through Stripe. Booqui never stores your card details.
A 5% service fee is added at checkout. Your card issuer may charge its own foreign transaction fees.
Cancel at least 48 hours before and you get a 90% refund. Cancellations under 48 hours aren't refunded.
Report a no-show in the app. Our team will investigate and contact you about a refund.
After the job is done, withdraw to your bank account. It arrives within 8 business days. No minimum withdrawal, whole amounts only.

Yes. Hosting and joining events is free.
Safety
Our team checked the provider's selfie video and confirmed a working phone number. It is not a background check, so always use your own judgement too.
Use the report option in the app. We review reports within 24 hours. If you believe a crime has been committed, contact the police on 999.

Account
From the Profile section of the app. Deletion is permanent. Some booking and chat records may be kept for up to 7 years for legal reasons.
